摘要
The recognition of emotions is an essential ability to interpret and analyze the user experience (UX). For instance, UX of children facing an issue is found by teachers manually. However, there exist innovative technologies like emotion recognition to uncover such UX. This paper shows the results of an experiment to understand how user experience based on emotions (anger, contempt, disgust, sadness, fear, neutral, happiness and surprise) can be measured to find significant differences in a learning context. In the experiment, emotion detection is gathered in an educational robotics workshop using a facial emotion recognition method with seven children between 10 and 11 years old. Data was captured based on facial emotion recognition with a set of 3390 items. The results validate a difference in the UX with some emotions in the learning stages.
