Multi-Purposeful Visualization Card: A Creative Teaching Tool for Attractive Engineering Education

This study introduced a proposed teaching method and assessed its impacts on improving student performance and engagement in a complex electrical engineering course. The proposed method of creating and applying multi-purposeful visualization cards offers an excellent and creative teaching tool for engineering topics. The implementation of this method is presented step by step. The evaluation of the proposed method is presented using statistical analysis. This method can be used for both training and evaluation. This method is applied to electrical experiments classes for energy, electrical, and mechanical engineering students. The results showed promising improvement in the quality of teaching and knowledge transfer regarding criteria in both affective and cognitive domains of Bloom's Taxonomy.
