摘要
The precision engineering of biohybrid architecture plays a funda-mental role in advancing the innovation of downstream biomate-rials, yet it is still a huge challenge. In a recent work published in Chem, a serinol-based a-bromoisobutyryl phosphoramidite was re-ported for site-controlled incorporation into nucleic acid sequences during solid-phase synthesis, which enabled the expansion of the architectural horizon of biohybrids by further integration with atom-transfer radical polymerization.
