304. Atypical Language Network Lateralization is Reflected Throughout the Macroscale Functional Organization of Cortex

Human brain organization is characterized by hemispheric specialization. However, it is unclear to what extent the lateralization of specific cognitive processes is evident throughout the broad functional architecture of the cortex. While the majority of individuals exhibit left-hemispheric language dominance, a minority of the population shows reverse lateralization. Here, we worked to determine the extent to which typical and atypical language lateralization is reflected across the functional architecture of the cortex.
