Artificial intelligence in cardiovascular imaging

In recent years, artificial intelligence has advanced tremendously in the medical field. The medical diagnosis systems, which are based on artificial intelligence, can be used as auxiliary tools for doctors. They are more accurate than manual approaches in image processing and analysis, which effectively improves the accuracy of medical diagnosis. At present, artificial intelligence has made a lot of research progress in cardiovascular image recognition. This chapter first reviews the development history of artificial intelligence. After that, it gives a detailed introduction to the clinical application of artificial intelligence in cardiovascular disease. Finally, the challenges faced by artificial intelligence in the clinical application of cardiovascular imaging are summarized, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
