Background: Utilization of vibratory anesthetic devices (VADs) reduces patient discomfort associated with injections in dermatological procedures (1). Despite evidence for mechanical vibration as topical anesthetic, dermatological clinic adoption remains heterogenous. This study aimed to compare the clinical utility and user preference of two commonly used VADs.
