摘要
Background: Unlike the classical approach defining psoriasis disease severity using body surface area (BSA), the International Psoriasis Council (IPC) recommends an approach considering BSA, special area involvement and treatment history to classify patients as candidates for either topical or systemic therapy. To better quantify the burden of psoriasis, we described BSA distribution, special area involvement, and treatments in a real-world population.
