摘要

Cocaine use disorder (CUD) is associated with structural and functional alterations in the human brain. Epigenetic processes are hypothesized to contribute to these characteristic brain changes. While strong DNA methylation (DNAm) alterations were detected in the brain of cocaine-exposed rodents, less is known about DNAm signatures of CUD in the human brain.
