Optimal Decisions for a Server Offering Hybrid Mode of Service

Hybrid mode of service is increasingly becoming common in this technology driven world. Most of the service requirements in banking, education and even healthcare can now be completed online and customers need to visit the physical facility only for some extraordinary requirements. When customers are strategic and respond to these provider choices, we present a methodology to identify the equilibrium and optimal provider choices and also offer some numerical analysis.
