Special Cluster in Conjunction with IEICE General Conference 2023

IEICE Communications Express (ComEX) has continued to issue a special cluster annually in conjunction with the IEICE General Conferences since 2019. This year's special cluster is based on the papers presented at the IEICE General Conference 2023, which was held at the Shibaura Institute of Technology in March 2023. Since October 1, 2023, all accepted letters in ComEX have been published in IEEE Xplore to improve the visibility of letters. This is the first special cluster where accepted letters are published in IEEE Xplore.
