Two-stage robust optimization for generation-transmission collaborative expansion planning based on potential game theory

摘要
In this paper, a robust cooperative planning model for power generation and transmission considering new energy and long-term planning uncertainty is established. First, a potential game based power optimization planning model for stakeholders is established, which forms a Nash equilibrium solution of the power planning game with full consideration of the dispersion, autonomy and interest motivation of the investment planning of interest subject. Then, the transmission line optimization planning model is established based on the static N-1 principle, and the iterative framework of generation and transmission cooperative planning is designed, and the robust optimization model of investment planning containing box type uncertainty set based on two-stage robust optimization theory is established, which is combined with potential game theory. The max-min-max problem is transformed into the bi-level iterative form by column generation algorithm, and the model is linearized by strong duality principle and McCormick linearization method. Finally, the proposed model and algorithm is verified with a provincial actual power grid system.
