摘要
•The effects of Fe3O4 scale on LBE corrosion was investigated.•The Fe3O4 scales are more stable than the pure iron surface.•Nb, V, Si, and Al are not susceptible to escape on Fe3O4 scale.•LBE will embrittlement GB under failure of oxide layer.•Ti, Cr and Ni can improve the GB strength to some extent.
