摘要

Perovskite radiation detectors have gained significant attention owing to their superior performance. In this study, we employed Geant4 Monte Carlo simulation to determine the detection sensitivity of MAPbI 3 radiation detectors and identify the optimal physical conditions for achieving maximum detection sensitivity. It has been observed that the transport properties of materials with high atomic numbers significantly impact their detection sensitivity.
