摘要
Additive technologies have attracted attention in many industries, including the electrical industry. The geometric freedom of execution, as well as the discovery of new design approaches that additive manufacturing provides, can give a significant advantage to the specific characteristics of electric machines. This article presents the results of experimental testing of an additive winding made of aluminum alloy with carbon nanotubes, which are compared with similar additive windings. According to the study, the addition of carbon nanotubes leads to a deterioration in the sintering of the powder, as well as the appearance of a porous structure. Electrical measurements show the deterioration of the magnetic properties with the addition of carbon nanotubes. Mechanical vibration tests have shown a significant improvement in mechanical performance after the addition of carbon nanotubes.
