Frequency and predictors of multisystem reactions to peanut in infant oral food challenges

Among 52 children younger than 1 year with positive food challenges to peanut, a substantial minority had multi-system reactions and were treated with epinephrine. IgE to Ara h2 was associated with reaction severity, supporting use of this test in screening for peanut allergy.
