High photothermal response rate by synergistic effect of CNT-TA-Ag composite structure
JOURNAL OF PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY OF SOLIDS(2023)
摘要
High photothermal response rate of the photothermal conversion of nanomaterials has attracted extremely research interest to realize accurate temperature control in numerical investigation areas. The kilogram CNT-TAAg nanocomposite structure is prepared by a simple and green method. The tannic acid-silver nanoparticles (TAAg NPs) can be effectively attached to CNTs to form a coating structure owing to non-covalent interaction. The photothermal conversion performance of the CNT-TA-Ag nanocomposite structure is systematically evaluated from the following four aspects: stability, temperature control, response rate, and synergistic effect. The CNT-TAAg nanocomposite exhibits excellent stability and high photothermal response rate (about 14 degrees C/s under 0.5 W laser irradiation), which can be ascribed to the synergistic effect of Ag nanoparticles and CNTs by carrier's microtransport process. The forming process and photothermal mechanism of CNT-TA-Ag nanocomposite are analyzed in detail.
