Deep Learning and GAN-Synthesis for Auto-Segmentation of Pancreatic Cancer by Non-Enhanced CT for Adaptive Radiotherapy

摘要
We proposed an automatic delineation framework for contouring GTV in ART of pancreatic cancer based on deep learning and Trans-cycleGAN network. This framework could automatically delineate GTV and achieve better performance with NECT compared to CECT. Our method could not only reduce the use of contrast medium, but also increase the precision and effectiveness of tumor delineation, which could have a positive impact on precision radiotherapy.
