摘要
•An advanced nanomaterial-Fe-N-C SAzymes with distinct oxidase-like activity was applied in Aptasensor.•Thiol-modified aptamers could significantly dampen the oxidase-like activity of Fe-N-C SAzymes.•A Fe-N-C SAzymes-based aptasensor was developed to detect acetamiprid.•with high sensitivity and selectivity.•The developed Fe-N-C SAzymes-based aptasensor was successfully applied to detect acetamiprid spiked in river water.
