Learner corpora and discourse issues in the interlanguage: towards a didactic model applied to teaching

In the research field of Linguistics, in recent years there has been a great development of the corpus linguistics. This can be observed both in the creation of new native and non-native speech corpora and in the increased number of the scientific publications based on these tools. However, in the field of Didactics, the use of corpora is still a novelty in the Spanish as a Foreign Language (SFL) courses. This paper is linked to the corpus linguistics for language teaching and offers a didactic proposal based on the use of SFL learner corpora for the teaching of discourse issues. In particular, based on the speech act giving advice, a didactic practice for the level B1 is presented with the goal of showing the potential of the learner corpora for the creation of didactic materials and for the teaching of SFL.
