摘要
Carbon steel was the most widely used grounding metal material. Polyaniline(PANI)/reduced graphene oxide (rGO) composite coating was prepared on carbon steel to optimize its performance by cyclic voltammetry for the first time in mixed solution of oxalic acid, aniline and rGO in this article. The structure and morphology of polyaniline were characterized by FTIR, XRD, and SEM. The effects of rGO doping on the conductivity and corrosion resistance of polyaniline were studied by polarization curve method and four probe method. The results showed that the PANI/rGO coating was successfully prepared on the surface of carbon steel. The PANI was continuously and densely covered on the surface of rGO as villous to reduce the porosity of the coating and improve the conductivity and corrosion resistance of the coating. The conductivity of the PANI coating increased from 3.33 to 23.05 S/cm after doping 10% rGO. The self-corrosion current density of PANI/rGO composite coated carbon steel in the soil decreased from 1.21 × 10 –3 to 5.19 × 10 –4 A/cm 2 and the corrosion inhibition efficiency was 57.1%.
