摘要

new dihydrochalcone, phloridzin-5′-(1′′,4′′-butyrolactam) ( 1 ), was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Malus pumila Mill. The structure was established by spectroscopic analyses including 1D and 2D NMR ( 1 H, 13 C, COSY, HMBC, and HSQC) and HR-EI-MS and comparison with the data of known analogues.
