Straight Manipulation Annealing in a Solvent Atmosphere for Quality-Improved Cs2AgBiBr6 Perovskites

Asa new-generation photoelectric material, perovskiteshave attractedresearchers' attention due to their excellent optoelectronicproperties. However, the existence of defects inevitably causes structuraldegradation and restricts their performance, which need to be furtherimproved by post-treatment. At present, post-treatments mostly focuson non-contact treatments, which may constrain the effect since theinfluence on the perovskites caused by the direct contact is muchmore straightly. Therefore, we proposed an annealing strategy of straightmanipulation in a solvent atmosphere with the assistance of polyimide(PI) tape for the perovskite post-treatment, due to the high heatresistance and less glue residual of this tape. It casts an influenceon the perovskite directly, proving the possibility of the straightmanipulation by operators, promoting the recrystallization of theperovskite grains and removing the impurity substance. The optimizedPb-free perovskite film exhibits a better X-ray sensitivity of 7.5x 10(4) & mu;C Gy(air) (-1) cm(-2) and a great detection limit of 47 nGy(air) s(-1), which is comparable to advancedPb-based perovskite X-ray detectors and all commercial ones. The newannealing strategy provides a facile, effective, and simple methodto improve the perovskite quality, exhibiting the potential and harmlessnessof the direct contact post-treatment, which paves the way for a broaderapplication of perovskites.
