摘要

•The proportion of TCR-αβ+ DNTs was elevated in patients with aAA than HD.•SAA/VSAA patient with CR after IST had higher proportion of TCR-αβ+ DNTs at diagnosis.•Higher proportion of TCR-αβ+ DNTs at diagnosis implied a good response to IST.
