P15 Use of romiplostim in chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia in gynecologic and breast cancers

Chemotherapy induced thrombocytopenia (CIT) is associated with suboptimal treatment of patients with malignancy which may negatively affect survival outcomes. Romiplostim has been used to treat CIT in a variety of tumor types, however, the data in breast and gynecologic (GYN) cancers is lacking. We sought to evaluate the rates of response and durability of response to romiplostim in patients with GYN or breast cancer with CIT.
