摘要

•PS-DVB@PDA-PEI microsphere is prepared here for the first time.•PDA-PEI composite coating shows higher reactivity than PDA.•PS-DVB@PDA-PEI exhibits high reactivity and could be readily quaterinzed.•The self-fabricated IC column exhibits excellent stability and separation properties.
