摘要

•Leaf aggregation significantly affects canopy spectral response.•A 3D radiative transfer model coupled with an ANN regression algorithm was used for the inversion.•TCARI/OSAVI resists the influence of confounding factors and maintains high correlation with chlorophyll content.•Ideal leaf aggregation level improves chlorophyll content retrieval.
