摘要
Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract with a poor prognosis. Necroptosis is a kind of death receptor-mediated regulated programmed death, which has the dual characteristics of necrosis and apoptosis. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are considered to be key regulators of the development of HCC. However, the expression of necroptosis-related lncRNAs in HCC and their relationship with prognosis have rarely been evaluated.
