摘要

•Seventy per cent of patients with FND are biopsychosocially complex.•All domains of the biopsychosocial evaluation show high values in FND patients.•FND patients show lower values of quality of life than stroke patients.•Biopsychosocial evaluation should be used in the initial evaluation of FND.•Prospective longitudinal studies should include a biopsychosocial evaluation.
