378. A Meta-Analysis of the Effect of Dopamine and Serotonin on Reward and Punishment Processes in Healthy Humans

Theoretical and empirical work suggests that dopamine and serotonin have strong links to reinforcement learning. This has been substantiated by extensive animal work and by an increasing number of pharmacological interventions in humans. However, the emerging picture in humans has been somewhat complex, with at times conflicting results. We hence undertook a systematic review with the view of performing a meta-analysis.
