摘要
The Nutri-Score algorithm aims to provide simplified information about the nutri-tional quality of foods. The objective was to quantify the contribution of Nutri-Score classes in nutritionally adequate diets. For each individual of the INCA2 study, an "optimized" diet was simulated by linear programming respecting a set of macro-and micronutrients recom-mendations. The Nutri-Score classes' contributions to the number of daily portion sizes (p/d) were estimated in the optimized diets, as well as the variations of the contributions between the observed and optimized diets. In the optimized diets, the contribution of class A was the highest (9.8 p/d), and that of class E was the lowest (1.1 p/d), but the contributions of the intermediate classes were not systematically decreasing from the class B to D. On average, achieving nutritional adequacy required an increase in class A (+3.9 p/d) and a decrease in classes D and E (-1.2 et -1.5 p/d respectively), while classes B and C remained stable but, beyond the means a high inter-individual variability was noticeable. All Nutri-Score classes can be consumed in a nutritionally adequate diet. (c) 2022 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Masson SAS on behalf of Societe francaise de nutrition.
