MINDS Lab SLCN Challenge

This report describes the Multi-modal Imaging, Neuroinformatics, & Data Science (MINDS) Lab's methodology for the Surface Learning for Clinical Neuroimaging (SLCN) 2022 challenge (\href{https://slcn.grand-challenge.org}{https://slcn.grand-challenge.org}). We used a 1-D Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to predict gestational age at birth from four neuroimaging surface metrics: sulcal depth, cortical thickness, curvature, and T1/T2 myelin maps.
