Control-oriented optimization method for control information of assembly process

In order to achieve rapid response to process changes in the control programming of reconfigurable precision assembly systems, this paper proposes an assembly process control information optimization method based on assembly skills. Based on this, the optimization of the control information of the assembly control process through the established assembly macro-action information model is proposed, which provides an important basis and support to further realize the automatic generation of control sequences for intelligent assembly systems. Firstly, the problems of repetitive structure and complicated information in existing assembly sequence generation were analyzed, and assembly process was represented as assembly skill sequence by assembly control process representation method based on assembly skills. Then, the PMA sequence is rapidly generated by macro expansion. Finally, this method is applied to the control process of the actual micro-assembly system.
