Running Head: Impact of Smart Buildings on Accounting and Management Control

This study investigates the impact of smart buildings on accounting and management controls. By analyzing the innovative building structures, this study will find out the accounting and management controls patterns and their solutions or help improve management control or reduce costs. Studying different articles for this study hardly find any relevant article or research paper on this study, but some documents are available on management and controls and intelligent buildings. So, the research gap of this study is that no investigation was done on this topic. As earlier, no research was done on this topic, so my analysis will be based on primary qualitative or exploratory research. Based on this, some previous papers will be analyzed and based on that information; thematic solutions will be provided.
