摘要
•The increasing concentration of H3PO4 accelerated the corrosion rate of alloy.•The passive film has an outer layer rich of FeOOH and an inner layer rich of Cr2O3.•The inner layer was destroyed in H3PO4 at concentrations higher than 1 M.•Insoluble Fe phosphate compounds precipitated at concentrations higher than 1 M.•Corrosion initiated form the inclusions rich of N, Nb and Ti with a core of Mg and O.
