The scheme designs an end-to-end intelligent monitoring and prediction method of 5G network that achieves the Winter Olympics ‘zero error and high reliability’ standard. The implementation of the project has broken through the technical and data barriers of end-to-end steps, realizes the complete process monitoring and overall prediction analysis of 5GtoB services. In particular, for the service of 5G + 4k/8k application, by opening up different data sources of the 5G network, the data collection and boundary monitoring of the end-to-end service are realized. In this scheme, multi-dimensional indicators such as critical equipment status and network performance are combined with artificial intelligence algorithms. Random forest and DNN neural network algorithms improve the performance of phased prediction. Then, the algorithm stacking method is used to realize the prediction and analysis of the complete process. According to the analysis of training and testing results, the prediction performance of the model is excellent. During the deployment phase, it contented the integral capability requirements of monitoring, analysis and prediction.
