摘要
Some methods of fECG extraction include many electrodes on the mother's body, while others just require one electrode to be put on the mother's belly, with a second, reference electrode (if necessary) attached to her chest. Currently, confirming the ECG of individual foetuses in cases of multiple pregnancies requires using multiple electrodes. Multiple electrodes are needed for fECG extraction, which can be painful for the mother and presents a clinical challenge. There has been some research into realising fECG extraction in hardware for use in real time. In most circumstances and according to other published methodologies, the best estimate is nothing more than an estimated foetal heart rate of >110 beats per minute. The signal is deemed too noisy and unreliable if the estimated foetal heart rate is less than 110 beats per minute throughout that time period. In addition, the suggested research demonstrated the feasibility of extracting fECG from multiple abdominal channels, with satisfactory findings obtained from each. Other potential avenues of application for real-time monitoring have been examined with the proposed research approach or it's related. The performance has been modelled and tested on high-end DSPs.
