SKOV3ip1 cells were infected in duplicate with dl922-947 (MOI 10 and MOI 100), Ad5 WT (MOI 10 and MOI 100) or vehicle. Cell supernatants were analysed for cytokine levels using the Mesoscale system at 3 hours and 6 hours post infection.
