摘要
To address the performance degradation resulting from the power fluctuation of targets, the matrix information geometry-based track-before-detect algorithm for multi-frame detection is proposed. The proposed method combines the performance advantages of matrix information geometry (MIG) detector and the information accumulation ability of dynamic programming, which can improve the detection performance for fluctuating target. Specifically, the multi-frame target detection is formulated as an optimization problem on the Hermitian positive-definite (HPD) manifold, and the MIG-based dynamic programming is deduced to solve it. The experiments based on real-recorded sea clutter data show that the proposed method is effective.
