373. Comparison of Childhood Trauma Among B-Snip Biotype Psychosis Groups

The Bipolar Schizophrenia Network on Intermediate Phenotypes (BSNIP) study found three psychosis groups called Biotypes, differing in the pattern of alteration on cognition and psychophysiology. It is unknown whether Biotype groups are distinctive in terms of nature- nurture risk factors. We sought to explore this by comparing childhood trauma and illness severity between the biotypes. Biotype 3 (B3) may lean toward a stronger environmental contribution to illness expression given minimal neurocognitive compromise in that group.
