In this paper, we propose an approach to find the link performance of vehicle mobility and the antenna orientation in the THz band. We use the Von Mises-Fisher to find the PDF of the movement of vehicle assimilated to a 3-D oriented random walk and Cauchy PDF for the joint distribution of diffusion coefficient and the number of turns during the random walk. These PDFs are useful in finding two specific performances of the vehicular network link at the vehicle behavioral level. The performances as a function of speeds are analyzed. Our results provide better trigger points for beam hand-off compared to the exiting approaches.
