摘要
•Wide spectral graphene photodetector was fabricated by one step laser direct writing.•The highest responsivity of 0.25 mA W-1 for visible and 1.34 mA W-1 for near-infrared is achieved.•Faster response compared to the photodetectors prepared by similar laser processing methods.•The one-step laser direct writing provides a novel approach for mass fabrication of high performance flexible optoelectronic devices.
