Optimization of perovskite/carbon interface performance using N-doped coal-based graphene quantum dots and its mechanism analysis

N-GQDs were successfully prepared from coal by a facile and environment-friendly oxidation, and successfully passivated Pb2+ defects. Compared with the pristine cells, the photoelectric conversion efficiency is increased by 20.25%.
