摘要

•The Portuguese versions of the FCR4/7 and the FCRI-SF are valid tools.•A significant proportion of patients (32 to 43%) reported moderate to severe FCR.•Higher levels of FCR were associated with younger age and female gender.•Higher rates of FCR were found among those with metastatic cancer.•Both measures provided meaningful information regarding the severity of FCR.
