Efficacy and safety of Resina Draconis for wound repair in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer: A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

•Topical application of Resina Draconis is an effective adjunct in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot ulcers.•For diabetic patients with ulcers in Wagner grades 1 to 3, Resina Draconis is more beneficial.•In patients with diabetes, Resina Draconis combined with antibiotics tended to be more effective for ulcer repair.
