摘要
Permanent magnet synchronous motor control system requires fast current response and anti-interference capability. The traditional control method mostly adopts vector control, and proportional-integral (PI) regulator is used in its current inner loop. It is difficult to take into account the rapidity and stability of the response when the parameters are not adjusted properly. The external speed PI regulator is prone to fluctuate greatly when subjected to external disturbances. Deadbeat current predictive control has the characteristics of fast response and constant switching frequency, which is especially suitable for discrete system control. In this paper, the deadbeat predictive control strategy is adopted in the current loop, and the system has a fast dynamic response. In order to enhance the anti-jamming ability of the system, the sliding mode control is used in the speed loop, and the adverse effects caused by the load are well suppressed. Experimental results show that the control strategy presented in this paper has good system response and robustness.
