Research on Space Rapid Response Launch Command

Space rapid response launch command is based on shared information infrastructure to support commanders and their command organs to master and control the launch force actions and launch equipment status. The key and difficult problems are the efficient establishment of command structure and efficient use of command means. Through the research on the command of space rapid response launch, this paper has proposed the command structure that conforms to the law of force application, the command process that adapts to the level of launch mission, and the command communication mode with the lowest guarantee conditions, which can guarantee the efficient construction and operation of the command system of space rapid response launch, and provide effective and useful command means for the implementation of space rapid response launch.
