摘要
Phytochemical investigation of the leaves of M. pumila Mill. Led to the isolation of two new dihydrochalcones, phloretin ester A (1) and phloretin ester B (2), together with there known dihydrochalcones (3–5), six flavones (6–11), two phenylpropanoids (12–13), two benzoyl glycoside (14–15), one triterpenoid (16), and one benzyl indicant (17). The structures of these compounds were elucidated using comprehensive spectroscopic methods. Compounds 12–17 were isolated from the M. pumila for the first time. From the present investigation, compounds 12–13, and 15–17 were isolated from the genus Malus for the first time. Additionally, compounds 13 and 15 serve as valuable chemotaxonomic makers for M. pumila in the Rosaceae family since there are no reports of isolation in Rosaceae.
