A Terahertz Continuous Phase Shifter Based on Varactor Diodes

摘要
Terahertz phase shifter is a key research direction of terahertz technology, which still suffers from the problems of small phase shift range and large insertion loss. We propose a terahertz continuous phase shifter based on a 3dB directional coupler and the varactor diodes, which can achieve continuous phase shift up to 175.5° with an insertion loss of less than 6dB by controlling the capacitance.
