Computational fluid dynamics analysis of flammable refrigerant leakage through a microcrack

摘要
•The morphology of leak sources is modeled as narrow crack rather than point.•A model is built with crack of displacement(COD)ranging from 10 µm to 50 µm.•Smaller infinity discharge coefficient value is obtained when COD < 30 µm.•Equations for discharge coefficient are proposed for R290, R32, and R1234yf.
