摘要

•A novel matrix certified reference material (CRM) for PFOA and PFOS in oyster meat powder was developed.•The sample pretreatment strategy of extraction and clean-up were optimized to minimize matrix effects and interferences.•Uncertainties originating from characterization, inhomogeneity and instability were systematically assessed.
